Open call for two exterior wall commissions in the Central Arts District for SHINE 2026. Accepting portfolios through May 15.
We’re a Central Arts-based team that grew out of the St. Pete community and wants to keep growing with the people around us. You’ll work in our open studio, step outside to the Pinellas Trail for lunch walks, and be part of shipping real work you can point to when you’re at a backyard barbecue.
What you'll do
- 01Own the day-to-day execution of your craft alongside a small, senior team.
- 02Partner with leadership on roadmap and priority calls every two weeks.
- 03Represent the team publicly — meetups, community events, the occasional podcast.
- 04Mentor one junior and establish a clear growth ladder for the role.
- 05Ship something shippable in your first 30 days.
